Requirements
- Previous Service Manager experience in an automotive dealership preferred
- Strong understanding of dealership service operations and fixed operations management
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Experience in Reynolds preferred
- Experience managing budgets, profitability, and departmental performance metrics
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with dealership management systems and service software
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing service team
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service experiences
- Monitor and improve department performance metrics, including CSI, sales, gross profit, and productivity
- Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Partner with Parts, Sales, and Fixed Operations teams to achieve dealership goals
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, warranty requirements, and dealership policies
- Manage workflow, scheduling, and department efficiency to maximize productivity
- Develop and execute strategies that increase revenue and profitability
