About The Position

AdeptHR is looking for a hands-on Service Manager to support branch operations, recruiting efforts, and client relationships. This role works closely with the Branch Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, maintain strong client partnerships, and deliver high-quality staffing solutions. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 5+ years of customer service experience (staffing experience preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Account management or client-facing experience

Responsibilities

  • Support the Branch Manager with daily operations and step in as needed
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through communication and site visits
  • Recruit, screen, and match candidates to open positions
  • Manage the hiring process from interview coordination through onboarding
  • Ensure job orders are filled quickly and accurately
  • Coach and support team members to drive performance and accountability
  • Maintain proper staffing levels across client sites
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
  • Address client and employee concerns professionally and in a timely manner
