The Service Manager manages and leads the Field Manager(s) and the team of Service Technicians who are responsible for completing the routes and services for our regular customers. The Service Manager hires and trains Service Technicians to provide best-in-class service to our valued customer base. This position is on-site and reports to our Maryland Heights, Missouri (63043) branch.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Driving record must meet the company’s insurance standards.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of pest control experience.
• Previous management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead Field Manager(s) and Service Technicians.
• Hire and train Service Technicians on technical skills and customer service, including identifying sales assist leads and new service opportunities.
• Perform field training, manage customer account audits, resolve inquiries or complaints, and review online service feedback, providing coaching to Service Technicians.
• Collaborate with Field Manager, Service Technicians, and sales professionals to optimize business operations, manage service routes, and maintain inventory and GPS systems.
• Run service routes as needed.
• Conduct daily service ticket audits.
• Assist with incident reporting.
• Adhere to the expense budget.
• Participate in weekly key manager meetings.
