Responsibilities

  • Training and developing of new hire managers
  • Reviewing and auditing FOH operations across concepts on a regular basis, to identify ways we can improve guest experience and accountability
  • Assist with bar program implementation
  • Assist with opening new concepts, as needed
  • Occasionally fill in for vacations and vacancies, as needed
