Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of management experience
Strong customer service and leadership background
High school diploma or higher education
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and quality
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Hire, train, supervise, and support service department personnel
Establish departmental goals, budgets, and performance expectations
Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly and professionally
Stay current on product updates, service processes, and industry best practices
Promote repeat and referral business through strong service experiences
