Service Manager - WPB/LW
About The Position
We’re looking for a Service Manager who can inspire, guide, and empower a team to deliver high-quality service to our residential and commercial customers. This is more than just a position — it’s a chance to grow, take on new challenges, and play a key role in a trusted organization. As Service Manager, you’ll help protect homes, businesses, and communities every day. You’ll lead field operations, ensuring customers receive consistent, reliable, and professional service. With your experience in pest control, lawn care, and/or termites, you’ll mentor your team, solve problems, and build a culture rooted in teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in pest control, lawn care, and/or termites
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead by example and develop your team
- Valid driver’s license and availability for a full-time (40-hour) workweek
- Willingness to work weekends when needed
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of technicians to deliver exceptional service
- Use your expertise in pest control, lawn care, and/or termites to guide daily operations and resolve challenges
