We are seeking a manager with BMW Service Management experience, minimum of 2 years. A strong, results driven leader to make us the best Service Department in the country. Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience as a Manager with BMW Service Management

Responsibilities

Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service with positive dealership experience
Provide a high level of support with the new and used vehicle sales operations by ensuring their service needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure the correct handling of all aspects of the service transaction from the "meet and greet" to "fix it right the first time"
Serve as a liaison between service advisors, technicians, and customers
Hire, manage, and develop Service Department employees - technicians and service advisors
Monitor and maintain training and certification requirements
Prioritize required services
Follow manufacturer and company policies and procedures
Meet and exceed customer satisfaction benchmark
