About The Position

The Wyler Collection, BMW in Dublin, Ohio is seeking a highly motivated, loyal, and goal-oriented team leader to take the service department to the next level. We are looking for a manager with a minimum of 2 years of BMW Service Management experience who is a strong, results-driven leader. Our organization believes the service department leader is an integral position for the entire dealership and offers full support, training, and proven systems for success in both finance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a passion for leading and developing people and uses high levels of integrity to guide decisions.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience as a Manager with BMW Service Management.
Result Driven and proven success to the store.

Responsibilities

Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service with positive dealership experience.
Provide a high level of support with the new and used vehicle sales operations by ensuring their service needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure the correct handling of all aspects of the service transaction from the "meet and greet" to "fix it right the first time".
Serve as a liaison between service advisors, technicians, and customers.
Hire, manage, and develop Service Department employees - technicians and service advisors.
Monitor and maintain training and certification requirements.
Prioritize required services.
Follow manufacturer and company policies and procedures.
Meet and exceed customer satisfaction benchmarks.
