Requirements

Proven experience working in a service management role (rental exp preferred)
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once
In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Understanding of budgeting and financial management
Familiarity with computer systems and software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and mentor staff
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily operations of service/repair department
Ensure all customer service needs are met in a timely and professional manner
Develop and implement procedures for service operations
Identify problem areas and recommend solutions
Monitor service personnel performance and take corrective actions when necessary
Manage Baseplan (ERP) for accuracy
Monitor parts and materials inventory
Maintain relationships with vendors
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Train, coach, and motivate service personnel
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction
Track and report on service metrics
Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
