About The Position
At TWC BMW in Dublin, Ohio, we believe that managing a service department is about coaching people to become better than they were yesterday. TWC BMW is the flagship of the TWC campus, which means higher expectations and standards. We are looking for a Service Manager who is passionate about coaching, not just managing. This role involves being actively involved on the drive, teaching, challenging, and developing people. You will have important conversations, offering encouragement and setting demands, all with the goal of improving the team. You will guide Service Advisors in handling difficult customers and provide direction to technicians. Your role will be to recognize and nurture potential within your team to help them achieve greatness, as the standard at TWC BMW is intentionally high. This position is ideal for individuals who are excited by this leadership philosophy.
Requirements
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.
