About The Position
At TWC BMW in Dublin, Ohio, we think about leadership as coaching people to become better than they were yesterday. TWC BMW is the flagship of the TWC campus, meaning expectations and standards are higher. We are looking for a Service Manager who wants to coach, not just manage. You will be on the drive, teaching, challenging, developing people, and having conversations focused on making the team better. You will help Service Advisors handle difficult customers, coach technicians through direction, and recognize and help develop team members with great potential. The standard at TWC BMW is high and intentional. This role is for individuals who are excited by this challenge.
Requirements
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.
