Requirements

At least 3 years of experience with technical maintenance and facilities management in the property management industry.
1-3 years of experience leading a team of people in customer service and asset maintenance
A reliable mode of transportation
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on-call shifts (at least one week a month)
Comfort with physical activity as you must be able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery
Ability to read, write, and speak English

Responsibilities

Lead & develop a small, high-performing maintenance team
Deliver exceptional service to residents—creating a community they love to call home
Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including: Preventative maintenance programs, Apartment turns (make-readies), Service requests and work order completion
Vendor relationships and oversight
Partner with leadership to identify and execute capital improvements and maintenance strategies
Ensure full compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies
Manage budgets thoughtfully to deliver top-quality results while maximizing efficiency
