The position also requires leading and developing the team through coaching, performance management, and training, and collaborating with other department heads to streamline communication and maximize the overall dealership experience. Ensuring safety standards and manufacturer requirements are met, resolving customer concerns professionally, and maintaining accurate records are also key responsibilities.
