The ideal candidate will oversee scheduling, workflow, productivity, parts coordination, and repair order accuracy, while driving key performance metrics such as service revenue, labor hours per RO, upsell %, CSI scores, technician efficiency, and profitability. The role also includes leading and developing the team through coaching, performance management, and training, and collaborating with other department heads to streamline communication and maximize the overall dealership experience. Ensuring safety standards and manufacturer requirements are met, resolving customer concerns, monitoring the service pipeline, and maintaining accurate records are also key responsibilities.
