About The Position

CSTK Inc. is an award-winning Authorized Thermo King dealership group providing a complete line of refrigerated transportation products, including parts, service, aftermarket accessories, trailer repair, and technology solutions. In addition, we also provide sales, parts, and service for the top construction equipment brands. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for the service department team, handle customer service interactions, reports, and oversee repairs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent service management experience in a technical environment within the transportation industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge of diesel truck, trailer, or heavy equipment mechanical knowledge.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
• Team oriented, self-motivated, proactive, positive outlook, goal oriented, problem solver, respectful.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
