About The Position
Razzari Ford is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Service Manager to lead our award-winning service department. We are looking for a Service Manager who shares those values and is ready to help take our department to the next level.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of automotive Service Manager experience (Ford dealership experience preferred).
- Demonstrated history of achieving and maintaining strong CSI scores.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate employees.
- Strong understanding of dealership fixed operations, service processes, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lead by example with a positive, team-first attitude.
- Experience using dealership management systems and service software.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all day-to-day operations of the Service Department.
- Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop Service Advisors, Technicians, Dispatchers, and support staff.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture built on accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores while delivering an exceptional ownership experience.
- Monitor departmental performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Ensure repair orders are completed accurately and efficiently while maintaining Ford warranty compliance.
- Work closely with the Parts Department to maximize shop efficiency and technician productivity.
- Establish and monitor departmental goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with all manufacturer policies and dealership standards.
