Requirements
- 3-5 years of property management experience (preferably as an Assistant Service Manager or Service Manager)
- Technical skills
- Organization
- Professionalism
- EPA Universal Certification
Responsibilities
- Manage a maintenance team
- Ensure apartments are ready for move-ins
- Handle renovations
- Provide top-notch maintenance services
- Play a key role in resident satisfaction
- Contribute to lease renewals
- Achieve property goals with your Community Manager
