About The Position

The Service Manager - Wellness position at The Arc San Francisco-Howard Street is responsible for demonstrating key competencies including communication, knowledge of public health and/or working with the developmentally disabled population, sound judgment, adaptability, problem-solving, professionalism, dependability, strategic thinking, acumen in a non-profit environment, and leadership. The role requires innovation and adherence to professional expectations of accountability, active collaboration, commitment, communication, diversity, and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in a human services field of study required
  • At least 3 years’ experience working in a related field; social work, health coaching, special education, case management.
  • Valid California Driver’s license
  • Safe driving record
  • Acceptance as a covered driver by The Arc’s auto insurance agency.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience preferred.
