McQuillan Home Services is a residential service company specializing in Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air serving the Ramsey, Washington and Hennepin Counties for over 135 years. We’re Minnesota’s original plumbing, heating and cooling company, and have remained true to our mission of providing solid, honest work at fair, upfront prices. This past year we have doubled our plumbing team and added an electrical line of business. We are keen to grow and provide an extensive line-up of home services to our customers. We’re looking for an experienced Residential Plumbing Service Manager to lead and oversee our Service department. This role is perfect for a strong leader who knows residential plumbing inside and out, keeps jobs running smoothly, and knows how to motivate teams to deliver high-quality work on time. You’ll be responsible for managing service technicians, coordinating projects, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish.

Requirements

• Previous plumbing experience
• Previous management experience
• Pre-employment background check

• Valid driver's license
• Have and maintain a clean driving record
