About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in plumbing preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety regulations applicable in the United States.
• Proven ability to manage teams, schedules, and customer service operations effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Technical plumbing knowledge daily to assess job requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Leadership and communication skills are essential for effectively managing and motivating the service team, as well as for maintaining positive customer interactions.
• Organizational skills are critical for scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory management to optimize operational efficiency.
• Analytical skills support budgeting, performance tracking, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Proficiency with management software enhances scheduling accuracy, reporting, and overall service coordination.

Nice To Haves

• Certification as a Master Plumber or equivalent professional plumbing license.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the plumbing service team, including scheduling, dispatching, and supervising plumbers and technicians.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving service issues promptly.
• Oversee inventory management of plumbing supplies and equipment to ensure availability and cost control.
