About The Position

Performs maintenance duties for the Service department and periodically for the Sales department. The primary duty involves operating a power washer and cleaning/detailing large Ag equipment and other equipment as required. This role also includes maintenance of the facility and vehicles, potentially maintaining the tool room, performing grounds maintenance for dealer properties, and assisting in moving displays or equipment within the dealership. The position may require operating a forklift to transport parts, equipment, and supplies. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to lift items weighing upwards to 75 lbs.
• Ability to perform multiple duties as assigned.
• Basic knowledge of equipment safety procedures.

• This role requires the ability to stand, walk, and remain in stationary positions for extended periods, frequently use hands and arms to operate tools and equipment, and perform repetitive motions.
• The position involves regularly lifting up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds, as well as bending, kneeling, crouching, and working in various positions, including overhead.
• Strong visual ability and the safe operation of tools and machinery are essential, along with regular communication via telephone and email.
