About The Position

West Valley Ford, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking a Service Lot Attendant (Valet) who demonstrates respect, integrity, growth, humility, and teamwork. The role supports the service team by moving and cleaning vehicles, keeping the service drive and lot organized, and helping customers navigate the service area. The attendant may also pick up or deliver customer vehicles or shuttle customers as needed. The description emphasizes precise, accountable work, a positive attitude, and friendly, caring customer interactions.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must have a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards.
High school diploma or equivalent.
High energy and a positive attitude.
Strong listening and communication skills.
Ability to perform precise, accountable work.
Unselfish and approachable, with a preference for detailed, skill-based work.
Accommodating and analytical, while producing precise and accurate work.

Responsibilities

Move vehicles, greet customers, clean cars, and support the service team.
Direct customers where to go and interact with them in a friendly, caring manner.
Prepare and move vehicles from the service drive to the parking area.
Clean and organize the service drive, service shop, and service lot.
Keep the service drive clear by parking cars and storing keys.
Pick up and deliver customer vehicles or shuttle customers as needed.
