About The Position

The Service Shop Maintenance/Lot Porter assists both the Service Department in maintaining the Service shop, drive and service parking lots, and in transporting vehicles to appropriate departments for service and inventory control.

Requirements

Require strong verbal and written communications skills
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
Must consent to and pass a drug/background screen
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiasm, strong communication skills, positive attitude, ambition, work ethic, professional conduct, high integrity, and dedication to personal improvement

Ability to work weekends as business needs dictate

Responsibilities

Valet parks and delivers vehicles in accordance with policy and under direction of the Service department
Maintains cleanliness of the Service department (operating floor machine, sweeping, throwing out trash and tires, keeping all benches and tool boxes clean.
Assist Service department in moving vehicles to ensure efficient dealership operations
Inusring the Service department/shop is cleaned, neat and ready for the next day of business
May pick-up or deliver customers as requested using dealership vehicles, as needed
Wash Service customer vehicles, as needed
