About The Position
This entry-level role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. The Service Lot Porter is essential to delivering an exceptional customer service experience. You will work directly around customers and their vehicles, helping ensure each visit is smooth, professional, and efficient. You’ll be part of the service team and play a key role in supporting daily operations while building foundational skills for career growth. We are a family-owned automotive group serving Northern and Central California since 1963, with multiple dealership locations and continued expansion. We are seeking motivated individuals who are ready to learn, grow, and build a future in the automotive industry. No experience required – we provide training. Great opportunity to grow into service, sales, or operations roles.
Requirements
- Strong customer service mindset (hospitality, retail, or service experience is a plus)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
- All post-offer applicants must successfully complete pre-employment testing to include background checks, insurability, and drug testing to qualify for employment

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the service drive with a professional and friendly approach
- Support the service team by moving, staging, and organizing vehicles safely and efficiently
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area
- Assist with customer needs related to their vehicle during their visit
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
- Ensure vehicles are handled with care and attention to detail
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support service operations
