About The Position

The ideal candidate will be friendly, energetic, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Flexibility in work shifts, including potential weekend availability, is required.
Requirements
- Ability to operate automatic and manual shift vehicles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Driven to succeed, self-starter, with a strong work ethic
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Valid BC Driver’s License, with a clean driver’s abstract
- Be able to work shifts, which may include weekends
Responsibilities
- Washing customer's vehicles after servicing
- Delivering vehicles to other dealerships and picking up parts, keys, other vehicles after wheel repairs
- Provide superior customer service as a representative of Destination Auto Group ensuring that customer expectations are met or exceeded
- Greeting customers both indoor and outdoor upon arrival
- Perform vehicle video walk-around, inspection and assessment
- Gather vehicle, tire, current kilometers, vin #'s and information required as needed when asked upon
- Preparing vehicles to be in queue to go into the shop
- Confirm basic vehicle information with customers
- Other tasks as may be assigned by the service department
