About The Position

The ideal candidate will be friendly, energetic, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Flexibility in work shifts, including potential weekend availability, is required.

Requirements

  • Ability to operate automatic and manual shift vehicles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Driven to succeed, self-starter, with a strong work ethic
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Valid BC Driver’s License, with a clean driver’s abstract
  • Be able to work shifts, which may include weekends

Responsibilities

  • Washing customer's vehicles after servicing
  • Delivering vehicles to other dealerships and picking up parts, keys, other vehicles after wheel repairs
  • Provide superior customer service as a representative of Destination Auto Group ensuring that customer expectations are met or exceeded
  • Greeting customers both indoor and outdoor upon arrival
  • Perform vehicle video walk-around, inspection and assessment
  • Gather vehicle, tire, current kilometers, vin #'s and information required as needed when asked upon
  • Preparing vehicles to be in queue to go into the shop
  • Confirm basic vehicle information with customers
  • Other tasks as may be assigned by the service department
