About The Position
Larson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is hiring a Service Lot Attendant to support our high-volume service department. This role is designed for individuals who are dependable, physically active, and interested in building a long-term career in automotive service. While this is an entry-level position, consistency, reliability, and attention to detail are critical to success.
Requirements
- Strong reliability and attendance record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Attention to detail when handling customer vehicles
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Consistent punctuality and reliability
- Physical activity throughout the shift
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Team-oriented communication and behavior
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to understand and apply common sense.
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a drug screen.
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Responsibilities
- Safely move and organize customer vehicles throughout the service drive and lot
- Support service advisors and technicians with workflow efficiency
- Wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for customer delivery
- Assist with shuttle driving and customer transportation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Help ensure smooth daily operations in a busy dealership environment
