About The Position

Aloha Kia Maui, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is hiring a Service Lot Attendant (Valet) to support the service team and provide friendly, caring assistance to customers. The role involves moving and cleaning vehicles, preparing vehicles for parking, maintaining clean and organized service areas, keeping the service drive clear, and picking up or delivering customer vehicles or shuttling customers as needed. The dealership seeks someone who demonstrates respect, integrity, growth, humility, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrate precision, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Be approachable, accommodating, analytical, and comfortable with detailed, skill-based work.
• Have high energy, a positive attitude, and strong listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles, greet customers, clean cars, and support the service team.
• Direct customers and interact with them in a friendly, caring manner.
• Prepare and move vehicles from the service drive to the parking area.
• Clean and organize the service drive, service shop, and service lot.
• Keep the service drive clear by parking cars and storing keys.
• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles or shuttle customers as needed.
