About The Position

Aloha Kia Maui, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is hiring a Service Lot Attendant (Valet) to support the service team and provide friendly, caring customer service. The role involves moving and cleaning vehicles, directing customers, maintaining orderly service areas, and helping with vehicle delivery or customer shuttles as needed. Candidates should be precise, accountable, approachable, energetic, and communicate and listen well.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Have a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be precise and accountable.
• Be unselfish and approachable, with a preference for detailed, skill-based work.
• Be accommodating and analytical while producing precise and accurate work.
• Have a high-energy, positive attitude and strong listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles, greet customers, clean cars, and support the service team.
• Direct customers where to go and interact with them in a friendly, caring manner.
• Prepare and move vehicles from the service drive to the parking area.
• Clean and organize the service drive, service shop, and service lot.
• Keep the service drive clear by parking cars and storing keys.
• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles or shuttle customers as needed.
