About The Position

The Service Line Administrator for Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery (OHNS) serves as a strategic and influential leader responsible for advancing the growth, integration, and long-term success of the service line. This leader develops and executes the vision for patient care delivery across OHNS, working collaboratively with physicians, program leaders, and hospital executives to strengthen service line performance and enhance the patient experience. The Service Line Administrator is responsible for driving market growth and expanding the reach of OHNS services through strategic partnerships, operational excellence, and innovative care delivery models. By fostering collaboration across clinical, operational, and administrative teams, this leader advances initiatives that improve patient outcomes, efficiency, access, and value. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required in business administration, healthcare administration or related field.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience required.
  • Knowledge and experience in designated service line area.
  • Familiarity with current research on appropriate level of care for assigned service level.
