Responsibilities
- Training of existing and new employees on the use of the Meditech electronic medical records system.
- Development of training and on-boarding material using tools and resources provided by San Luis Valley Health that illustrate clear step-by-step, standard processes to be used for future reference which encompass all information provided in live training, while ensuring all training material is maintained and kept current.
- Managing training programs including continuous monitoring of completed courses, data analysis of course completion and deploying training based on data results.
- Utilizing training software reports to demonstrate ongoing improvement of training and resources.
- Working closely with management to ensure that established workflows are followed, opportunities are identified for process improvement and additional training is provided as needed.
