About The Position
This role is responsible for providing support in the service lane of a dealership, focusing on customer interaction and vehicle management. The ideal candidate will be welcoming, organized, and capable of handling vehicles efficiently.
Requirements
- Must be able to walk and be outside frequently
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to our dealership with a smile and positive attitude
- Direct the appropriate service advisor to that customer
- Prepare their vehicle for their appointment
- Move their car to the appropriate location depending on the service that is being done
- Deliver cars back to the customer when the work is completed
