Requirements

• Automotive Service Advisor experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• The ability to work independently with limited supervision and the motivation to continually increase product knowledge should be evident.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver license.
• Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the store’s workflow effectively and efficiently.
• Identify any critical customer issues and develop a plan of action for the day.
• Supervise and direct service employees.
• Effectively manage a high volume of work.
• Ensure that all carry-over vehicles have a plan to completion.
