About The Position

Healey Brothers Chevrolet is looking for an experienced and energetic candidate to join their Team as a Service Drive Lane Assistant. The employee’s key role will be Service Lane Assistant. The Service Drive Lane Assistant supports the dealership’s service department by greeting customers, managing vehicle flow in the service lane, and assisting service advisors with the check-in process. The role ensures a smooth and positive experience for customers bringing their vehicles in for service.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced service lane environment
Team-oriented attitude and reliability

Nice To Haves

Basic computer or dealership system familiarity is helpful but often not required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers as they arrive in the service drive and direct them to the appropriate service advisor.
Assist with vehicle check-in , including recording mileage, noting visible damage, and confirming customer information.
Move and park vehicles safely within the dealership lot or service area.
Prepare vehicles for service , such as installing seat covers, steering wheel covers, or floor mats.
Maintain organization of the service drive , ensuring it remains clean, orderly and efficient.
Retrieve vehicles for customers after service is completed.
Assist service advisors and technicians with tasks such as delivering keys, paperwork, or parts.
Provide excellent customer service and answer basic questions about the service process.
Follow dealership safety procedures and policies when handling vehicles and equipment.
