Requirements

• Must be enrolled in or attending an approved Heavy Equipment Service, Diesel Technology, or technical service program recognized by RDO Equipment Co.
• A minimum 3.0 GPA and a solid attendance record are required to stay eligible for program benefits.
• Gain experience using mechanical tools while learning on the job in a supportive environment.
• Strong computer skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, plus the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid work authorization.
• Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Learn to use advanced tools and technology in the shop.
• Document machine details and repair work on service orders, including the parts and fluids you use.
• Keep your workspace clean and organized.
• Show care for the tools and machines you’ll be using.
