Johnson Lexus of Raleigh is seeking friendly, goal-oriented individuals with positive attitudes to fill open Full-Time and Part-Time Service Guest Relations Representative positions due to remarkable growth. The Guest Relations Representative will deliver and foster a premier level of service for clients and dealerships, acting as the single point of contact for service inquiries and concerns, building trust, respect, and strong professional relationships.
Requirements
- Professional appearance and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service experience
- Great listener and communicator
- Possess a strong outgoing personality
- Monday - Friday, (hours may vary)
- Background Check, Drug Test, and clean Motor Vehicle Report
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the Guest and Service Consultant if and when necessary
- Keep abreast of dealership information so that guest questions can be answered
- Assist in resolving guest complaints, and coordinate management assistance when necessary
- Follow-up after service visits to see if their service experience was satisfactory
