About The Position
Tim Moran Ford Hemet is looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Service Greeter to join our team. As the first person customers meet when they arrive in our service drive, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional experience. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying active, and working in a fast-paced team environment. Automotive experience is helpful, but a positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service are most important.

- Valid California driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Previous dealership, hospitality, valet, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet every service customer promptly with a warm and professional attitude.
- Welcome customers to the service drive and help identify the reason for their visit.
- Direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor or department.
- Assist with organizing vehicles entering and leaving the service area.
- Place protective coverings, identification tags, or other service materials in vehicles as needed.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized service drive.
- Keep Service Advisors informed when customers arrive.
- Assist customers with locating their vehicles after service is completed.
- Move and park customer vehicles safely when authorized.
- Help answer general questions and provide directions throughout the dealership.
- Support the service team with additional duties during busy periods.
- Represent Tim Moran Ford Hemet with professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-first attitude.
