About The Position
Acura of Highland Park, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, is hiring an energetic and customer-focused Automotive Service Greeter to welcome guests, support the service drive, and help create a smooth, professional service experience from arrival to departure.
Requirements
- Customer service experience and a positive, professional attitude.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to make customers feel welcome.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced automotive service environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive, dealership, service porter, greeter, valet, hospitality, or concierge experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive at the service department.
- Direct customers to the appropriate service advisor or waiting area.
- Help maintain traffic flow in the service drive and coordinate with advisors, porters, and technicians.
- Answer basic customer questions and provide friendly, helpful communication.
- Keep the service drive, customer waiting area, and shared spaces clean and organized.
- Work as part of a team to deliver a high-quality customer service experience.
