Requirements
- Always display professionalism, through appearance, body language, behaviors and communication
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer Service experience preferred but not required – if you are a people person, you’ll fit right in!
- A can-do attitude!

- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus!
Responsibilities
- Greet all Milton Martin Toyota customers with a smile and warm attitude
- Assist customers with service bay process; finding out the reason for their visit, confirm their appointment and giving directions to proper personnel
- Prep all incoming service vehicles to ensure everything flows properly
- Work daily in scheduling software
- Monitor cleanliness of service area, entrance and exit to ensure safe conditions for employees and customers
