Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
- A team player who takes initiative and enjoys helping others.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
- All applicants must pass background checks and drug tests.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive or customer service experience preferred (but not required).
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers upon arrival with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Direct customers to the appropriate service advisor or waiting area.
- Assist with vehicle check-in, tagging keys, and updating service records.
- Maintain a clean and organized service drive.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors, porters, and technicians.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the Loyalty brand.
