About The Position

Dolan Toyota, named Best Place to Work in Northern Nevada, is looking for a Service Greeter to welcome our customers with a warm and welcoming greeting, obtain personal information relative to their vehicle and scan the VIN bar code with an iPad to upload the vehicle into our system. They will then introduce the customer to a Service Advisor who will help the customer get their vehicle the care it needs. We are an exciting, dynamic, and highly successful team. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented.
Strong communication skills.
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities

Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
Refers to service history, inspects vehicle, and recommends additional needed service.
Notifies dispatcher of incoming work.
Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
Maintains a professional appearance.
Keeps work area clean.
