About The Position

CentiMark Ltd is looking for experienced Service Foreperson to join our team. For over 25 years, CentiMark Ltd has been growing its operation through Canada as well as its workforce. We are looking for reliable and motivate individuals for a rewarding career in the commercial roofing industry. Onsite safety and job training is provided. Roofing job responsibilities include knowledge of materials and tactics required for roof work.

Requirements

• 5 years of Commercial Roofing knowledge preferred
• Experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC & Modified
• Strong organizational skills, communication skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Ability to work at heights
• Ability to work on fast pace environment
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with others
• Ability to learn and follow ministry and company safety policies.
• Ability to work on weekends and/or Holidays, as needed
• Able to travel out of town

Responsibilities

• Diagnose roof leaks and make appropriate repairs on all types of roofs.
• Operate and maintain roofing equipment.
• Set up and break down of projects.
• Provide direction to laborers.
• Lead and train a Service Helper with field applications.
• Work with field supervisor.
• Communicate with customers and management.
• Complete paperwork, timesheets, and mobile applications.
• Ensure CentiMark Safety policies are followed.
• Interact with customers.
• Make extensive repairs with hours provided and in a safe and orderly manner.
