About The Position

The Service Finance Senior Account Manager position is responsible for developing and maintaining effective and productive relationships with dealers. This role includes managing and providing direct oversight of Account Managers, encompassing hiring, training, and coaching. The position involves engaging dealers to retain and service their accounts, answering all dealer questions, and resolving inquiries in a timely manner. A key aspect is maintaining a working rapport with the Point of Contact (POC) for each dealer and ensuring all Account Managers do the same. The Senior Account Manager is also responsible for ensuring Account Managers accurately document pertinent dealer information in NLS, including contact details, sales representative numbers, annual revenue, finance volume, and previously used lenders. Furthermore, they must ensure Account Managers utilize company sales training, scripts, and strategies to educate dealers on current loan programs and processes, keeping them updated on any changes. Thorough and accurate documentation is a critical part of this role.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education and related training or experience.
  • Knowledge of customer service, sales and consumer finance is essential.
  • Effective coaching and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management, including those in other lines of business.
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail.
