Responsible for servicing and retaining Service Finance dealer relationships by managing their daily pipeline and providing education on program or process enhancements. This role involves maintaining dealer relationships by providing a high level of customer service, friendly, courteous, and accurate verbal and written communication. The Account Manager will utilize enterprise-supported sales management systems to document pertinent dealer information, company sales training, scripts, and strategy to retain performing dealers. They will also update and train dealers on changes to procedures or programs, act as a liaison between other departments within Service Finance, and perform other related duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager.
