About The Position

As part of EXA’s sales organization, you will be instrumental in building relationships and winning business with existing and new customers. You will have a background working with the Cloud, Content and Tech sector clients supporting their infrastructure and connectivity requirements with energy and enthusiasm.

Requirements

• Strong experience in finance sector sales in telecommunications
• Demonstrated experience as a "hunter" in a sales role, with a passion for prospecting and generating new business opportunities that will underpin long term growth with customers
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional relationship management skills
• Ability to operate comfortably at a senior level within the customer base.
• Strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Influencing EXA’s overall approach to serving your sector’s, ensuring we are well positioned with existing and new customers to achieve incremental growth, with a focus on hunting new customers.
• Prospect and identify potential clients through research, networking, and lead generation.
• Execute effective sales strategies to acquire new business and expand our market share within owned accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing market clients to understand and serve their business needs.
• Effectively articulate EXA’s value proposition, showcasing how our capabilities can optimize the communication infrastructure of our customers.
• Build, lead, and execute a carefully planned account development plan that serves as a success roadmap for sales objectives being exceeded.
• Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.
• Be accountable for all sales and revenue targets related to the assigned customer base and the assigned target.
• Handle, coordinate, collaborate and work with various cross-functional groups across the business.
