About The Position

Greyloch is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Service Expeditor to support our post-delivery and customer service process. This role is responsible for tracking punchlist items, coordinating completion and delivery, and ensuring that all outstanding items are resolved efficiently. This is a hands-on, execution-focused position that works closely with the Customer Service Manager, Delivery Manager, and Warranty team to keep projects moving and completed on time.

Requirements

  • Cabinetry or construction-related experience required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through to completion
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Comfortable working both in the office and in the field
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage punchlist items from start to completion
  • Coordinate scheduling and delivery of materials needed to complete jobs
  • Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of outstanding items
  • Assist in organizing daily service and delivery priorities
  • Deliver punchlist parts or materials to job sites as needed
  • Work closely with Customer Service and Delivery teams to maintain workflow
  • Cross-train with Warranty team and assist with onsite service tasks
  • Provide backup support for warranty-related work when needed
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of service activity and job status
