About The Position

We are seeking individuals in the Clearwater office who set up CPAPs and DME equipment using DocuSign and Microsoft Teams for patients in their home. Specialty Equipment Techs are housed with the Clearwater Virtual team. This is not a remote position; the employee is required to come into the Clearwater corporate office.

Requirements

• Must have good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Must be computer-literate
• Must be able to read and interpret instructions, effectively communicating them to patients
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Customer Service experience
• Must type at least 35 wpm

Responsibilities

• Performs CPAP setups in a timely and professional manner
• May also perform setup of oxygen equipment and other DME remotely
• This includes completion of all required documentation
• Instructs patient on the safe and proper use of equipment
• Complete 48-hour CPAP Compliance report
• Follows applicable policies and procedures of Lincare, including those in the Safety & Regulatory Manual including General Safety
• May serve as a backup to other employees for vacation, illness, or other periods of absenteeism
• Complete all necessary paperwork and instruction of equipment using DocuSign and Microsoft Teams for remote patients
