The Service Engineer provides assistance to Allison distributors, dealers, OEMs and end-users in the troubleshooting, servicing and repairing of transmissions and their control systems. The Service Engineer provides field service support, champions root cause investigation and execution of corrective action for major issues. The Service Engineer also provides assistance to the Allison global Customer Support, Quality and Sales organizations as a subject matter expert for the products supported. Primary product to be supported is cross-drive transmissions but may include others.
