About The Position

Entry-level Service Engineering professional responsible for developing product knowledge, maintaining effective communication with field team members, performing basic diagnostic procedures and conducting analysis to help resolve design/system related issues. Will cover US and Canada.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in the HVAC industry in a technical support role.
1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to pass an MVR with a Clean and valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or building HVAC.
Strong problem solving and planning skills.
Ability to read and understand scope of work.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in dealing with a number of simultaneous challenges, requiring knowledge of many different disciplines.

Responsibilities
