About The Position
Acutronic is looking for a Service Engineer who will be responsible for troubleshooting, testing, installation and repair of Acutronic products. This role involves inspecting product quality, conducting performance tests, performing Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP’s), installing and upgrading systems at customer facilities, and performing in-house and field service troubleshooting and repair on equipment. The Service Engineer will also answer customer support requests via phone or email.
Requirements
- Associate of Science degree in electronics from an accredited college or technical trade school; equivalent military training will be considered
- 2-3 years in the Systems and Services Team or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically; occasional international travel may be necessary
- Valid Real ID driver’s license and a valid U.S. passport to be used for travel to customer facilities
Responsibilities
- Inspect product quality and conduct performance tests utilizing company procedures
- Perform Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP’s) to ensure customer satisfaction of products
- Install and upgrade systems at customer facilities
