About The Position

We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused Full-Time Shuttle & Parts Driver to join our dealership team. In this role, you'll provide safe and timely transportation for customers, pick up parts, transport customer vehicles, and create a welcoming first impression by greeting customers as they arrive. If you enjoy driving, interacting with people, and being part of a fast-paced team, we'd love to hear from you!

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Safe and responsible driving habits.
• Ability to navigate using GPS and familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods.
• Ability to lift and carry parts and packages as needed.
• Friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in busy traffic or fast-paced situations.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from the dealership.
• Pick up and deliver automotive parts from local vendors.
• Pick up customer vehicles from their home or business and return them to the dealership for service.
• Greet customers upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional welcome.
• Direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor or department.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of dealership vehicles.
• Follow all traffic laws and dealership safety procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service with every interaction.
